  Key Duties
  » Participate in big idea and brand strategy exercises such as brainstorms, creating mood boards and scouring the web for best practices
  » The opportunity for conceptual design – depending on your experience level
  » Motion and experience design opportunities (video, Flash/Flex)
  » Production design – extending approved conceptual directions
  » Seek inspiration constantly and track digital design trends to share with others

  Skills and Aptitude
  » An exceptional portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions
  » An understanding, appreciation and strong interest in digital design
  » Comfortable using the appropriate software such as the Adobe Creative Suite

  As the next Designer at Coexist, you will be responsible for the creation of progressive digital branding pieces with an occasional identity package thrown in to keep you fresh. You are an extremely talented and highly skilled individual with a portfolio that speaks for itself.
  
  You’re up on all the latest design software, you’re aware of current digital/design trends and you constantly seek inspiration on your own. You manage your time, you sweat the details and your organizational skills are second to none.
  
  You live for brainstorms, like to collaborate and know when it’s time to put on your headphones and get busy. You are not afraid to explore “what’s next.” You not only participate in our culture, but you drive it by instigating cultural events yourself.

  » A profound understanding and ability to design typography
  » A keen understanding and appreciation for interactive interface design
  » At least 3 years professional experience
  » BFA in design or equivalent experience
  » Basic Flash skills are not a must but are preferred
