When asked to design a Fragrance Finder tool online for BBW - Coexist collected an assortment of other retailer's attempts at this, and then artfully tossed them in the trash. It was time for something new.
Opportunity
Our challenge was to give BBW fans something to get excited about while shopping online. We wanted to introduce scents based on events customers had coming up or by personality traits that made one customer unique from the next.

Results
We can't be too specific with the details but there are many, many BBW customers enjoying a new scent as a result of their experience with the Fragrance Finder.
